During a recent visit to Arran on the west coast of Scotland I was greeted with the rare opportunity to view a sky with no (or at least very little) clouds. As the sun dropped in the sky a horizon full of stars was revealed. The fact that there was very little light pollution on the isle of Arran enabled me to capture the beautiful night sky on camera. A truly beautiful place!
