D&S founders Paul and Nick specialise in creating unique pop-up dining experience all across the UK from central London to the highlands and Islands of Scotland. This particular event was running throughout the entirety of August as part of the Edinburgh Festival. Impressive food served up with some outstanding beer and cocktails.
